Returns & Exchanges Policy
We truly hope you love every item you order from The Ramblin’ Cactus! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date and we will gladly assist you with the return process. Unfortunately, after 7 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Some specialty items require additional processing time, and these timeframes cannot be adjusted.
Custom Items
All custom shirts and accessories are made to order. Because of this, all custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all details including size, color, and spelling before placing your order.
Exchanges (Store Credit Only)
We accept exchanges for store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
• Original tags are attached (No tags = No exchange)
• Items are free of smoke, odors, and pet hair
The Ramblin’ Cactus reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, or requests for a different color or style.
All clearance and sale items are final sale.
Online Orders & Exchanges
If you need to exchange an online order, please email us at shop@theramblincactus.com to ensure we have your desired size available.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Customers are also responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item
• We recommend using USPS Priority Mail with tracking
Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received.

Shipping Information
• U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment
• International orders may take 10–14 business days
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note:
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of USPS
• Packages marked “delivered” must be handled directly with your local post office
• All claims must be filed through United States Postal Service
Processing Times
• Non-custom items: up to 7 business days
• Custom items: up to 21 business days
Please note that some items may ship directly from our vendors, which can occasionally cause delays.
Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree to our return policy. You also agree not to file a chargeback due to disagreement with these terms. If a chargeback is filed and funds are lost, you agree to repay the full order amount plus a $50 chargeback fee.
Out of Stock Items
We sell across multiple platforms, and while we do our best to keep inventory updated, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund within 24 hours, including shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
• Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
• For custom or handmade items, cancellations must be made within 12 hours before production begins
After these timeframes, cancellations are no longer available.
Additional Notes
All bleached and vinyl shirts are made to order. While we try to keep blank tees in stock, delays may occur if we need to reorder inventory.
Please note:
• Each bleached shirt is unique and will vary in pattern
• Colors may appear brighter online due to mockups
• Actual products may vary slightly in color and may naturally fade over time
