Returns, Exchanges, Shipping, and Cancellation Policy

Our hope is that you love what you ordered! But, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven (7) days of the date of purchase and we will gladly assist you with the return process. After seven (7) days, we are not able to refund or exchange any items. 


 All custom shirts and accessories are made when ordered. Hence, there are no returns on these custom items. Please double check your size|color|names. 


EXCHANGES - STORE CREDIT ONLY: Our Exchange Policy is that you may return any item as long as they still have our tags and look to be in brand new condition within 7 days of the purchase date. NO TAGS-NO EXCHANGE. The Ramblin’ Cactus staff has the right to refuse the exchange if they see fit. Exchanged items must be free of cigarette smoke and pet hair. Items will not be eligible for exchanges past 7 days. If nothing seems to catch your eye, your return will be issues in the form of store credit. 

We are not able to accept returns due to the customer simply changing their mind about item, or wanting to change to a different color or style. 

>>There are no returns on Clearance or Sales Items. These sales are final.

 ONLINE EXCHANGES- if you have placed an order online and you need to exchange it, please email us ( to guarantee we save the size you need for you. YOU will be responsible for your return shipping costs back to us. If you are exchanging an item via mail, you will be responsible for return shipping costs along with your exchanged items shipping cost back to you. We always recommend shipping products via USPS Priority Shipping with tracking to be sure it makes it back to us. We will only issue the exchange once the returned product is in our hands. SHIPPING: Per USPS shipping guidelines - it takes between 2 and 7 days to ship from Texas to any US state. Please allow allotted time to receive your items. Order shipping outside of the US please allow 10-14 days for your order to arrive. Please note, our shop is not responsible for items damaged/lost during transit by USPS. *The USPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped.* You will receive an email once your order has been shipped that will include your tracking number. We are also NOT responsible for items marked "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package. TURN AROUND TIME: Please allow 21 business days for all orders to be filled and for you to receive your shipping notification. We are currently drop shipping, and can experience a delay in shipment from our vendors. 

CHARGE BACKS: You agree not to submit charge backs to your credit card company due to not agreeing with our Return Policy. You agree to accept the terms of our Returns Policy by clicking the "acceptance" button accepting our terms and conditions upon purchase from our shop. If a charge back is issued to your credit card company, and our Company loses the funds for your order, you agree to pay for the order in full plus a $50 charge back fee assessed to our shop. 


CONSIGNMENT ITEMS: There are no returns on Consignment Items. Since consignment items are being sold on behalf of a third party, all consignment purchases are final. This is currently for our “Wild Roots Freshies”. 


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: We sell our merchandise on various platforms and sites. Because of this, there may be a time when a size goes out of stock before we have an opportunity to update all of our selling platforms. We work diligently to ensure that this doesn't occur, but occasionally a customer may purchase an item in a particular size on one of our sites before we have had an opportunity to update our available selection on that site. If this happens, the Customer will be immediately notified that the item they have ordered is out of stock in their requested size. The Customer will be given a full refund of both their purchase price and shipping costs within 24-hours.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations on orders must be made within 24-hours of placing your order. After 24-hours we are unable to cancel. This is even more vital for hand made items. It is imperative that you contact us within 12-hours before production on your hand made item begins. After 12-hours there will be cancellation available.

*All bleached/vinyl shirts are made to order. We try and keep a good selection of blank-colored tees in house, but in the event we are out of your size an order will be placed to have it shipped in - this may cause a delay in the shipping/pickup of your item. 

Please note - no two bleached shirts will ever be exactly the same! Each one is unique to how it is bleached. Bleached shirts may appear brighter online due to being mock designs. Based on the T-shirt brand available + selected color your shirt may appear less vibrant in person or may fade overtime.
